Report "European Exchange mechanisms for e-learning for e-skills and networking of training and research centres (2010)
The Report presents the results of a 16 months study and details conclusions and concrete recommendations on viable exchange mechanisms of e-skills training for the European workforce and the networking of training and research centres in Europe.

NetSounds Paper - Learning and music online (2010)
The Paper provides an original Understanding the nature of music and the net from both the aesthetic and pedagogical point of view. The characterization and meaning of digital music produced, diffused, practiced, listened in the net, and its relation with learning.

HELIOS Report "eLearning for Innovation in Europe" (2007)
The Report connects the latest eLearning developments in Europe with the innovation of the European Society. The analysis is based the "eLearning Territories" approach and results in a set of indicators for measuring the impact of ICT for learning in Europe in relation to broader society objectives.

eInclusion Study (2006)
A report on the status of e-Inclusion in Europe, including measurements, analysis and approaches for improvement. The Report was a milestone on the way to the Riga 2007 Conference on e-Inclusion.

SEEQUEL (e)Learner's Bill of Rights and Total Quality Management Guide for Informal Learning (2006)
Two reports on eLearning quality. The (e) Learner's Bill of Rights is a chart of fundamental rights of the (e)learner that, in prospective, every eLearning material/service should comply with. The Total Quality Management Guide for Informal Learning looks for possible ways to apply standard TQM approaches to informal learning.

LEONIE Report - Understanding Change, Adapting to Change, Shaping the Future (2005)
The Report focusing on the main drivers of change, in economy and society, which effect the present and future development of education and training in Europe, and proposes some ways to influence policy at the EU and at national level.

POLE Report - ICT for the Knowledge Society and Lifelong Learning (2005)
