Walter Kugemann

Walter F. Kugemann was born in Karlsbad in 1944. He took a Degree in Psychologist at the University of Erlangen-Nürnberg in 1968. After one year experience as researcher in the University Erlangerg, in 1969 he begame Assistent Professor Experimental in Psychology and Methodology until 1974. Head of FIM-Psychology – Development and Evaluation of Advanced Multimedia Open Learning Systems at University Erlangen-Nürnberg – since 1975, Lecturing at Erlangen University. He is a consultant expert for International and European Institutions, national/regional bodies, Industries and Industrial Associations, German and Bavarian authorities, invited speaker at national and inter¬national congresses and seminars, author of several books on ‘Study techniques’ and ‘Improving learners competence’, scientific publica¬tions, Coordinator of implementation of the ‘Bavarian Virtual University’.
Further activities: Contractor within projects for DELTA, COMETT II, ADAPT, EMPLOYMENT, SOKRATES, LEONARDO, ESPRIT, COPERNICUS, TAP, etc.
