eSkills Study: European Exchange Mechanisms for e-Learning Content for eSkills and Networking of Training and Research centres

The study analysed existing exchange mechanisms of eSkills resources in view of proposing a model for a flexible and adaptable self- regulatory and concertation environment involving all stakeholders and testing their potential contribution to support an efficient match between demand and supply of eSkills.
